Amar Varma is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has also completed a certification course of Business Valuation, Master in Business Finance and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Amar, a CA, having graduated in Economics from Delhi University is the Proprietor of the firm. Amar has more than twenty five years of rich professional experience of which twenty (20) years was in the corporate sector where he held various managerial positions. He worked in Taxation department of the country's biggest company (Fortune 500) wherein he handled taxation of all kinds of entities. From 1994 to March 2006 he worked with Reliance Industries Limited, the last position being as Vice President - Direct Taxes. He also was the head of Accounts, Commercial and Taxation in a pharmaceutical company, (from April 2006 to July 2013 worked as President Accounts, Commercial & Taxation in Arch Pharmalabs Limited).

His area of experience includes Direct Taxes - Income Tax & Wealth Tax for all kinds of entities, Accounting, Domestic & International Cash Flow Analysis / Management, Project Implementation, Auditing, Preparation of MIS, Budgeting, Business valuation, Due Diligence, Variance and Capital Project Analysis, Fixed Asset Accounting and setting up new businesses and their processes, Cost control, internal control, budgetary control, ERP implementation, fixed asset accounting, strategic planning etc. He has also worked on the manpower planning, policy manuals and the payroll accounting.

His affable and charming demeanor endears him not only to the person seeking his expertise, but also to the department personnel, enabling him to represent the clients successfully before various Government authorities.

He has attended several local and national conferences and seminars relating to professional development relating to his areas of interest.

He successfully completed the Certificate course on "Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection" and "Master in Business Finance" in 2014, Certificate course on Business Valuation in 2009, conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
